The hotel is conveniently located on the main A55 traffic route into North Wales, offering a quiet stay with friendly and helpful service. The rooms are immaculate and provide a clean and comfortable experience, though not ideal for extensive dining options. The location is practical for reaching nearby attractions but may not offer much on-site activities. The facility is well-kept but lacks some additional amenities.

I was very impressed with the service at 11 pm at night from the housekeeping staff who made sure our room was spotless, nice, and warm. The staff were very apologetic for the hotel's policy issues and even relocated us to another hotel. The location is ideal for exploring North Wales and beyond, just off the main road and close to various attractions.
